JOB TYPE: Part-Time or Full-Time
SCHEDULE: 2-5 days a week (depending on if part-time or full-time), including some weekend days. Local travel within the DC Metro Area (Northern VA, Montgomery County MD, DC).
PAY TYPE: Hourly, up to $15-$18/hour including tips, depending on experience, plus potential for performance bonuses. Benefits negotiable for full-time employees.

-Manage daily on-site operations, including: leading staff, setup and take down at retail locations, coordination and relationship management with retail partners and outside vendors
-Educate families on child safety in and around vehicles, in their homes, and around town
-Professionally reinstall car seats (Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification Training will be provided if not already certified)
-Train and manage team of employees and ensure high standards of customer service, employee conduct and compliance to workplace rules
-Provide excellent customer service; constantly look for new ways to improve quality of service and build the business by incorporating customer feedback and suggesting improvements to sales and operational methods
-High school diploma or technical school training or higher
-Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in child or health field
-Previous management experience in leading and training a team of employees and the planning/implementation of daily operations
-Must speak English and have valid US work authorization
-Must have a valid US driver's license, clean driving record, and experience driving in DC
-Self-motivated and driven, experience working autonomously with little supervision
-Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work quickly in a high-stress environment
-Excellent problem solving, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to successfully manage customer relationships and attract new customers
-Ability to lead, manage, and motivate others
-Experienced Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, or additional experience handling and operating car seats and strollers a plus. Training can be provided if not already completed, but experienced applicants preferred.
